Photos of Sri Lanka from a professional

The professional photographer, Dixie, was hired by NPA/ASB to document the ongoing relief effort. He has graciously allowed us to share some of his pictures on our web site.

Most of the 110 shelters at the first camp are nearing completion, and we have started about 30 of the 95 shelters at the second camp. Just yesterday, work was initiated at the third camp, where 55 shelters will be built. The carpenters have a special Hindu starting ceremony for ensuring a successful project. The site for the third camp was a mine field four months ago.
